General package includes: 60 minute meeting to discuss background, package, and desired package 2 rounds of negotiation responses Additional 30 minute meeting to discuss intended employer response, if needed. *Your deposit is applied to your package of choice. Fees are based on the value of the increase we accomplish for your negotiation.
